Return Policy:

We at huppme, strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. While there is no option to return orders as the gifts are customized according to your specific needs, however, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we print the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our team to cancel your order. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:

  • You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at [email protected] or call at +91-7065573777 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

Your orders can also be cancelled if Huppme team finds your payments have not been received. Check below for further details:

  • Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made huppme will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

1. Can I change the product after I have placed an order?

You can change your product within 1 hour, please contact at [email protected] or call at +91-7065573777.

2. Can I modify my order after placing it?

No. You cannot make any changes to the design after placing the order. We understand that in cases, you&nbnbsp;may want to alter the quantity of a product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. 3. When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?

Electronic transfer to your account within 7 working days.

4. What if I receive a product in damaged condition?

In case you receive a product in damaged condition, you have to inform our team at +91 7065573777 immediately for further procedure. Depending upon the product, decision will be taken by our team regarding it.  Team huppme has right to take final decision.

5. Why my order was undelivered and returned to warehouse?

Your order was undelivered and Returned to Origin due to any of the following reasons- Non-Serviceable Location / Incomplete Address / Wrong Pin Code / Consignee not available. In this case, you will not receive any refund; however, we will re-ship your order.

6. What if my order is undelivered?

If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complain with our Team within 10 days from the Date of Shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 10 days for the non-delivery of your order then will not be responsible for it and will not make any refund credits to your account.

7. What happens with my private data which I provide for customized gifts?

This question does not belong to Privacy Policy because we do not want politics over this. The clear answer is this: All of the pictures/text that you share with our team for customized gifts are deleted automatically after next monthly cycle. So if you ordered and shared some private content on 14th January, it would be deleted automatically in First week of March. We really mean it.
